Help Sniper Server Help

I need help to setup a Sniper server on my MW3 server, so people only can use weapons like L118A and MSR.(Bolt only)

So if anybody knows how to set this up i would really appreciate your help!

Make a custom playlist with snipers in private match and load it in ur server

And how do i, do that?
I'm quite new for MW3 servers, never tried to have one.

Would be a lot easier for me, as i'm not quite into editing this stuff. xD

Make one in private match

When i make classes in Private Match, where does they then appear as .dsr ?
Can't really seem to figure out which folder i should look in, sorry if it's kinda newbie to ask about.
