I did have an ssd than figured it out it was a cache. i havnt got a chance to loook for another good one. also i will change from windows 7 to 8 thanks for the help

I'd suggest actually trying a demo of it (or even using a virtual machine). I disliked most of it however the window theme was the only good part.
If you have a SSD for your OS boot time will barely be anything, Win8 or not.

@Nukem also the last guy showed me a download so it makes ot a desktop screen and no slide panel like an windows phone
it cost 5 us dollar i think but is worth it

afaik its atm less than 1000 $
But you have the 650W in it. If you want you can buy 450W your system dont need that much.

I was looking at the power supplies and this one was relatively cheap for the price. Also if i ever needed to add stuff i would still have enough power
