Help mod problems

I have made a pythons only mod and everything works great in a private match with my friends.

but when i put it on the server.

i join the server, it downloads the mod, loads game, but once in game it dont work.

I have resynced ftp, restarted server. deleted mod and reuploaded and did all the ftp and restart again.

still nothing. what could be causing this?
