Help turn off enemy forfeiting on dedi server

Hi, I'm sort of a n00ber when it comes to the mw3 dedi.

Where exactly do I add the code? I have a TDM server and the enemy forfeits every 20 secs switching the map when its only me in the server.

I tried what was said above but couldn't get anything to work?

Are you using the ranked server?
Also, change the time value in the play list files, not in your config.
People who keep posting dvars are stupid and don't know how mw3 works.
Open your TDM .dsr (probably TDM_default.dsr) and change 'gameOpt commonOption.timeLimit'

I am using the ranked server. I have edited the time in the TDM file to 0 and 99999999 (although 9999999 gives an error - it wants something between 0 and 30)

No luck so far.

The ranked server is buggy in gamemodes other then FFA. There is no fix at the moment, you'll just have to play FFA.
