it should be accessible if you are replacing your ISP DNS Servers in your Router with "free open minded" DNS Servers.
then you dont need to use TOR. test it

I think they had to block the IPs here in Holland and not just the nameserver as it is in Belgium.
Didnt try it yet though since I don't ever use torrents

oh, but seriously thats pretty pathetic. cant wait till they try to block sites like that here in my country. very strange that holland is even doing that
it has to do with nameservers.
i tested my NL VPN access point and are able to surf through the bay with this IP.
