I can play games on 60 fps but I've been having these huge framedrops to 10 FPS and it most of the time happens when the gpu temp reaches 88 degrees, Once it happens the FPS drops to 10 until the temperature is 86 degrees.
It really freaks me out and playing games is a pain in the ass if it drops every minute...
Please, itsmods, help me.

This never happend until a few months ago before, I'll probably buy one later but it seems to me that games should be working normally, even without pad.

well the only thing is either getting something like a external pad with fans or you just take a screwdriver and open the backside of your laptop. then unscrew the heatspreader that transfers the heat from your cpu/gpu or whatsoever, take it off, clean the "dies" with alcohol or nail polish remover to remove the old tim, get a proper tim and put a small amount of it on each "die". place the heatspreader back and also clean the outblowing fan.
this should help you a bit

I had this problem like a month ago, laptop reached around 98 for me and couldn't even run MW2 at the lowest settings. I blew out the fans with compressed air and voila.

This is in Celsius right?...
Why do you even let it get that hot? It can and will cause damage even if they are made for 100C or higher temperatures (this is why it starts to slow down...)

What also happens is the fan speed seems to be going down (judging by the sound) whenever the framedrops occur.
Why does it do that?!

When it's not plugged in it does the same behavior but ten times worse, It might be power supply, But that doesn't make sense. Or does it?

It shouldn't... but take apart your laptop to see if there's anything blocking the air flow. Or if you're under warranty go for it.
