Also doing this clientside will be a pain in the ass because to do this properly you would need a hook on CG_Obituary. Or maybe there is an internal counter of current killstreak amount for valid kills (done by proper weapons) in the memory somewhere (well, there is, I am sure, because that's how the game is counting them, now just hope that it's easily findable and doesn't move around in the memory every now and then).
