It's possible since there is ServerClient.Name and ServerClient.XUID so the be correct since intial release.

The hacker just used a hack which includes namechanger and aimbot (and probably wallhack too).

This isn't a miracle, there is are similar hacks for each cod. Yet they still can't prevent it. Maybe we can prevent namechanger tools with plugins. Check each 10 seconds if someone with the same guid has another name. If this happens 3 times in a row: kick/ban player. Simple as that!

If correct, it is indeed better. But it would be way better if you increase it to 60 sec. Who changes his name each 60sec? Nobody(except hackers).

60sec is enough to wipe out a server with an aimbot

1 simple way to ban/kick ing such players is to use client num/ !pl.
their name will change but their client num wont.u can use this option to kick/ban players with un-native names (Chinese, Russian , Serbian , etc) or fast name changers.
