Need something to stand against Rcon Attackers

Hi
How can i block rcon attacks which disable MANU ?
I already have installed anti ddos and internet security and also i have extract rcon from server.cfg to my dediwatcher.ini file but they still can attack my server !
How can i handle them ?

Change your RCON password to a strong one and put it in your server startup parameters instead of server.cfg or dediwatcher.ini. ( +rcon_password passwordhere it has to be somewhere behind +exec server.cfg )
If that doesn't help try using b3 instead of manu.

A simple way
In log see form what ip you are receive data for rcon
then block that ip address in firewall.

This is not rcon attack as I know, disable manuadmin or b3, do not use rcon password and use an ingame adminmenu. (Google.)
