they work inside, with a very good salary, coffee service, the best computers out there, and still it takes them 6 months to release some modtools, don't be so over hyped yet because god knows if they are actually good, maybe it's just basic modding, without model changing and download options, when they confirm what the modtools actually are then I am going to change my pants.

Create custom gametype I think...I have seen some kind of code like that.
Also, there may be some damage editing cause you can see all those tutorial in _callbacksetup. Or may be some map adjustment like night time or sun light?
