They said the same thing with BC2 so I expected this already.
This game will still be better then MW3 though

this game doesnt need mod tools in my opinion, i guess i will be just perfect like bc2

Well people will find it out when you give them the time. Just a bad excuse so they won't have to build in protection for things that mods might change or whatever other reason why mods are bad. Changing the gameplay is a bit different than the CoD Engine where you can replace scripts which aren't encrypted at all and where you can easily replace them (as ItsModsloader did).
