I had loads of crashes before my last windows reinstall. I think reinstalling might not work. I think something else is wrong.

Try to dust off your fans.
It could be a problem with your motherboard too.

My pc isn't too old. I have googled. no result. My pc is now at the store where I bought it.

had this problem check something in your what is it called BOOT or something, that blue screen where you can move your white shit and stuff and do whatever feels right, basically
. Every time I try to start it I get a blue screen. It seems to have a different error every time lol. 
even safe mode doesn't work...
