Thanks to @kokole I can finally add file names to my BO2 Audio Dumper. Probably not going to release this anytime soon considering it's super slow (pattern scan craps). @master131 I believe tom solved this by just adding a file with all filenames and offsets.

I suppose I could create a DB with the names and crap but I still need to optimize the code to recognise all sounds because at the moment some names are missed. It's getting there, hopefully I can get this finished soon. And that's right guys, BIK playback too (assuming you have the required codecs and have registered the extension with WMP).
