That's going to be incredibly impossible. Plus, there's no base.
I can maybe replace the ballistic knives with bandages that can stop bleeding. But 1) I need a bandage weapon. And 2) I need a blood fx so friendly players can see that you're bleeding.
I can take care of the bandage weapon, a giant needle?

Not a needle, a bandage. You can't stop a bleeding with a needle.

Just do so you can get it some other way.
As a few examples... a SAM turret is placed on the map, you can get the gunship by going inside it as in the battlefield series, the chopper gunner is a new class, and so on. (You could actually mix together these, the chopper gunner and the gunship, lol)

I tried to do that for hours before modtools hit, but without success. Even with modtools I still don't find a way.

This is just as unrealistic as the killstreaks in the first place.
Noone places a remote control for a full size heli in the middle of a battlefield.
Nor does anyone bring helis, radars, dogs, rcxds, mortars or alike against max. 12 other people.

I'm talking about claymore, jammer, camera etc. Players still have their special and lethal grenades.

You can likely tell from the player's skin.
