Major features:

+Shot to the leg = fall to prone and unable to stand up.
+Shot the the other leg = fall to prone and stay there + bleed to death fast.
+Shot to the left arm = no melee.
+Shot to the right arm = no firearms.
+Shot to both arms = harmless player > bleeds to death fast.
+Adjustments to light and sky.

NEWSFLASH
SoRealism will have open-source GSC files.
BUT
The menu-, csv-, dds/tga- files will remain secret so nubs* won't change credit.
*Notice I said nubs. Very experienced people can likely figure out the csv, remake .iwi and .menu files etc., but it will take them a bunch of time, and it's not worth all that for stealing a free mod..

You can do bullet drop, use the weapons as projectiles (like launchers and ballistic knife to) (set it similar to the ballistic knife not all but some part) adjust the speed vector of the projectile( put a bullet instead of ballistic knife projectile) and there you have a bullet dropping gun
EDIT: I can make you an example if you can wait...
EDIT2: can also put a bullet trace (smoke trail stuff like that (that sniper do)
EDIT3: Can also put smoke effect on impact if you want
EDIT4: I know how to disable to fov when aimming...
