How to set my server hardcore tdm

Use Rcon Tool!
U can set there Hardcore TDM and choose in the box below the gametypes and maps that will not beeing played.

Go to your Game Library, Click Tools, Find " Call of Duty Black Ops - Remote Console " Install it, Open it, Login with your IP, Port, and password.
