Orange, does this change anything in the files .exe or .dll?

U could try using cheat engine, just ask for the memory addrese they used and the with cheat engine change the number to 10 i dont know if it will work buts worth a shot

Um it doesn't work.... did it multiple times the way you instructed.

it was working on the Modern Warfare 3 version 1.4.364
the currently game version of Modern Warfare 3 is 1.9.461
so with other words its out-of-date.
