He means that you have to work hardly (concentrate) on one song that will probably be epic, but not release as much as possible songs but not so good. In other words, he tells you to work for quality, not for quantity.

All your music is very alike. They start out with some dark intro, then continues on with as many dark wubwub grinds and beeps you can find.

Not saying it's bad, as music is subjective, but it's not quite my taste.
