Try to unlock the green elite title too, but a tool to unlock all titles and emblems would be awesome.

i'm just downloading visual studio so i can unlock them by my self as he described like this...

Yeah, just edit the newdata in source code to be _elite02 and up to 20 and compile it
I might make version unlocking all elite emblems as well.
