Open up HxD, type _elite02 and copypaste it to newdata, leaving 0x00 after it. Once done, build and test it.

i am using 64-bit windows, and visual studio is 32-bit

Why didn't you make the application unlock all elite emblems? It does unlock _elite10 right, not _elite01 as you said? (See source)

@hEAT , it's probably patched.

Address has changed probably. And yeah, I realized a few days ago it unlocks elite10, but was too lazy to change it @zxz
