I need help for black ops first strike, i press p and all that hapens is that i see some numbers on something like a count, and qhen it gets ti 00:00:40:28, everything freezes and never load ascention

i start the optimizer , start the singelplayer!!
in the menu i press b that starts accesion zombie map zombie_cosmodrome!!
i loads a bit then i get an error
