[Release] God Plugin v5.0 [Ingame Rcon Tool]

Hi guys im realy like realy bad at this stuff i bought a server at gaming deluxe
they made these plugins for me. i dunno how to use them
i read alot of threads first time i had my own server.
well lets get to it.

i got a sniper server on mw3
problem is i need to have rules on the top left side on the screen i saw a VQ sniperserver who had that i dunno how to compile script or anything can you guys please help me ill tell you what i need for my server

disabled melee
screen display with rules
thats all i dunno how to do it.. so if you guys can help me it will be awesome and i will be most gratefull!

ey i figured how to install my dll files on my.. server thing.. but i cant warn people with the god plugin
ive added the xuid for myself as i am the admin
buuuuut it wont let me warn anyone

Warnings only work with version 1.414 of the MW3 server addon because !warn requires players to suicide upon been warned.

I haven't plugins folder.The addon work without b3?

You need the MW3 server addon before you can use plugins.
