how the hell, do i use it?

Put everything into the "plugins" folder and if it asks about replacing the serveradmin folder press Copy and Replace. Works with TG servers.

i don't have "plugins" folder what should i do? create it where?in "scripts" folder or in the game directory?

If you haven't download the attachment in the above thread then download the addon.dll file from the below link as the latest release will crash your server, the link below is the previous version which is completely stable.

ofc it do , some people just pronounce it like tempban , and they using the same command would be better lol
besides, you can change it in alliases file.

like this:

Hey I've got a problem. All normal user can do !kill, but all the other commands, like !ban or !kick don't work for them.
I installed Pozzuh's Permission Plugin, but I think everyone can use !kill because of the God Plugin.
