I now have tried the aaapermisions 1.03 by @SgtLegend
and the one that @Casper posted few post back both the same problem?

No offence dude, I built the plugin and tested it using the permissions plugin I uploaded to my thread. I never had any issues with double messages, either you have more than one aaaPermissionsPlugin on your server or your not telling us something about the plugins you use.

I havent done anything to my files and for somereason it works now??????
Is there something wrong with the plugin?
