[Release] Heli war

You spawn as hind and have to kill other hinds.
I didn't notice any bugs but maybe bots did and forgot to tell me.
heli hp = 2100
3 rockets = heli killed
In _rank.gsc you can change some settings (check init())
If you get stuck in other heli, you can use knife button(heli flys down) and grenade button(heli flys up) to get unstuck. level.noRetardedHeliMoves turns it off and on, set it to 1 to disable up-down moves
level.noWatchLeavingBattlefield if you set it to 1, there wont be any info about leaving battlefield
