Be more specific like with what file doesnt it work. And how many mip maps does it have. Are you converting dds to iwi or iwi to dds? What game?

What we talked about yesterday "my tools is shit for something something" gamefonts_pc.iwi converting from CoD 4 to DDS no problem then converted back to MW2 using your tool got this: [Image: 5j5.png]

1) Mip Map was off (by 1)
2) Height was off.
That's why I converted it to DDS opened in PS extended the file to correct size added that 1 extra mip map, used your tool but error 14 again.

nothing is output

got error : The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application even log or use the command-linesystrace.exe tool for more detail.

I'm try to use your program but have a trouble.
1)drag&drop any file,
2)app show a cmd window for a half second and close

Any information about error. Maybe it need some additional libs?

It doesn't show the log after all, check the local folder. Maybe It was converted.

Hmm.. No output file, no log. I found some missing libs in TotalCMD plugin FileInfo. See screenshot [Image: totalcmd_plugin.png]

Maybe, its is a problem. But I don't know how it resolve.
