Loading Succeeded for DSR "TDM_default.dsr"
It doesn't go further, any help?

Go into server.cfg and look if your max players is 12.

Yeah, me too, still doesn't work. I've deleted the admin folder, placed server.cfg next to my server exe and it still hangs there.
