did you start your server with the +set dedicated 2 parameter?

do you run your server on linux and start it up with the command line? if so, try shutting down steam.

ok guys some people ask same issue all times!
for make server online just put steam.dll on folder modern warfare 3,
and try to use a .bat file for starter server and put code like this:

iw26mp_server.exe +set dedicated 2 +set net_queryPort 27031 +set net_port 27032 +set net_authPort 8766 +set net_masterServerPort 27033 +start_map_rotate

also open default.dspl and put this commands
