CPU/bandwidth checks checks if your cpu & bandwidth is good enough to run a server for specific amount of players.
Version with them removed doesn't.

wait! is this ONLY works with FFA and GG? I thought it will only works on these gametypes to XP cheat... but will work fine as a normal ranked server, so to all gametypes available.

I would like to setup a ranked server without any "speed XP", so will not work with the other gametypes?

its your decision if set speed xp or normal, just modify points for kill.
