When I try to use the commands i get a message that says that I "Don't have permission to use the command".

Any Idea of how I can fix it?

if you encounter any issues please tell me, i'll be glad to take a look at them

You can manually add the following:
[ServerAdmin]
uselangfilter=true / false
kickwarnings = 3 / 4 /100000 / etc.
userpermissions = true / false

or use !resetconf command as admin, and then restart the server, that does the same thing

Hey by the way I can't get my server to get in the online list. It has worked before and I have a fiber cable so I guess all of my ports are open.

I've noticed that a thing called auth port or somthing was in my sv_serverconfig and I can't remember that I've seen it there before, I may be wrong but do any of you guys have an Idea of how I can fix it?

Did it show up before?
have you set it to internet or lan only?
Do you have applications like hamachi installed? if so try diabling them.
