U R doing it well.
Im waiting for U to add map manager to this awesome plugin.
here is some suggesting commands
!vote //map,kick,restart
!map [mapname] [gametype] //they should customize the game-type for ex change default_sd.dspl to SD.dspl
!snm (setnextmap)
!say [something to all]
!online //show online admin
and consol say when admin enter
and admin protection I mean no warn and vote kick.

I think with these command this plugin will be complete.

What program do i use to open/edit the admin file so i can add my xuid (no program assosiated with this file).

Also the format is

(format: [XUID] [Name])
Do i include the [ ]

Its a text file so just use notepa, and dont include the []

No, it's just for remembering who's XUID it is.

Add:
/mute [Playername]
/unmute [Playername]

so admins can mute someone from the textchat (if he's spammin or something)

-send message to all admins in server when command is executed (as in: Admin Snowy Leopard kicked Bonemind.)
-Auto Reserved slot (!reserved)

Ive noticed the latest ver has rules function, i have set pmRules=false (broadcast to server)
but where do i enter the rules and how do i broadcast them?

I went to serveradmin folder, copied usercmds and renamed it rules. Added a few rules and works like a charm.
