This section is still a bit dead, well, I am going to post a few shaders, they are all from game menus, I never seen them before posted in any place, so, could be interesting:
hud_scorebar = A small and nice line with half of a circle on top.
minimap_scanlines = UAV minimap lasers, they make a cool shader if you make them big.
line_horizontal_scorebar = A black and grey thing, with gradient.
ui_cursor = Menus mouse.
mw2_main_cloud_overlay = MW2 menu fog, is not animated, dont know why.
menu_setting_selection_bar = Are the bars that appear when you select something with the cursor
hud_scorebar_topcap_bg = Cant remember what it is.
ui_scrollbar = A scrollbar with gradient.
popmenu_bg = similar to the previous one.
mw2_main_sp_image = cant remember how it is.
ui_scrollbar_arrow_dwn_a = Cant remember what it is.
ui_slider2 = Similar to previous ones.
ui_scrollbar_thumb = Cant remember what it is.
map_artillery_selector = Artillery selector, when calling airstrike.
map_nuke_selector = Like previous one, but is something that IW never added to game.
remotemissile_target_friendly = Cant remember what it is.
hudicon_neutral = A "?" in white.
xpbar_stencilbase = a piece of xp bar.
mw2_popup_bg_fogstencil = A shader which is showed on the main menu, on left.
mw2_popup_bg_fogscroll = this shader goes with the previous one.
mockup_popup_bg_stencilfill = goes with the previous 2.
hudcolorbar = A menu shader with gradient on its right side.
hudscoreboardscroll_uparrow = Scoreboard arrow.
hudscoreboardscroll_downarrow = Same as previous.
hudscoreboardscroll_upkey = Scoreboard icon that says PG UP, is a square.
hudscoreboardscroll_downkey = Same as previous but says DW PG.
minimap_background = A square, is the border of minimap.
minimap_light_on = Very cool shader with a epic gradient, dont know its use in game.
hud_flashbangicon = A flashbang icon, is grey.
hud_grenadepointer = Small arrow that appears when a grenade is close to you.

hud_offscreenobjectivepointer = Arrow that appears when you waypoint.

hint_friendly = Another hand, from SnD I think, when planting.

compassping_player = Yellow arrow, of your player in minimap
