I can see the message ok now with 1.1 however, the message appears on the middle of the screen which is ok, but it also spams the hell out of the chat with the same message, can't the chat spam be eliminated and just have the screen message, oh and please change the player name colour from pink.
I also noticed the cool down period, isn't that time between votes? as i set it to 140 to test it and 45 sec for the vote time but it let me vote straight away after 45s, this is one reason i don't have voting enabled due to spamming the vote. Can someone please make a good Plugin for both votemap and votekick?

Hillbilly is right, the cooldown does not work
 and if you don't want it spammed as much just make the intervals longer...I set mine for 10 seconds instead of 3Also, it says you need a certain amount (such as 2) but when 2 people vote !y it does NOT work...but when 3 people vote !y it does work...thats another bug...does not work if it gets the amount needed...also you need to add a command to restart the map

I haven't read all the posts, but I think the message appears too quickly because it has too much words.
