The original post in 7 contain a ff file for this mod, but since it is a modified ff file, we are not able to open it
ummm i have a JTAG and know how to make patch_mp.ff files

you can, use ff decrypter from cp monkey and convert it to a zone file. then open the zone file with the ihc zone file viewer.
ff decrypter is posted in the tools section
