New commands..
!admins = will notify if any Admins,Mods,Senior mods,Trainee Mods [Usergroups=Admin,Moderator,User,Senior_Moderator,Trainee_Moderator]
!tbanc = You can now tempban by client number
!freeze playername = Freezes player, stops all movement and ability to shoot
!unfreeze playername
!nm = map_rotate
!spectate on
!spectate off
Now includes a hud at bottom of screen, you can change this to anything you want via adding..

Can You give me Source of freezing?

& (freeze) in your plugin is : speed=0 and jump=0 ?
