I'm not sure if this is the correct terminology but the mod atm doesn't have any localized strings for any language except english (and german after hotfix I think), so it might not work at the moment for any other language since it's not compatible with them.

With the german Black Ops the mod doesnt work, too.

I wonder if XeroK is setting up the localized strings correctly, iAegle has a great tutorial on it in the tut section. Also just an idea, you could replace the sky texture with an unclouded version, should be relatively easy.
