[Request] Cartoon DVARs?

Do you guys know of any dvars that will make the game cartoon like? Don't tell me r_fullbright because it looks ugly imo and it's not the kind of result I'm looking for. also I've tried r_texfiltermipbias 15.99 which worked in COD4 and MW2 but not in Black Ops.

setDvar("r_fullbright",1); that was that graficmod, i use that dvar in my knife mod, and it's ok

I dunnu if this will work. I just quoted it out of another forum.
"1. Install ATi Tray Tools (for ATi cards) or Riva Tuner (for Nvidia cards)
2. Find the menu when u can change LOD of textures (for ATT it's 3D>Settings...>Additional>Texture LOD Adjustment)
3. Set it to the biggest number (for ATT - 10, for RiveTuner - propably 15)
4. Launch COD4 (In your case CoD:BO) , set r_picmip to 3
5. Enjoy "

But this will only work host only ofc. so I think that's not what you are searching for.

video is def in lod 10, used that in bc2 too

Yeah that's the effect I'm looking for but it has to be a DVAR not through a tool because its for a mod
