Sorry I new here is there A cfg file for Black ops survival mod? If so can someone get it for me.

Well, if you are referring to my survival mod(AI Survival) then you can download the mod and find the settings in maps/mp/gametype/mod_setttings.gsc.
If you want to do some more advanced things then you should download the source code.
