[Request] Login / Register System?

Hey guys,
before i start talking sry for my english xD.

Well i'm searching something like a register System. We host a Server in Teknogods ( PLS PLS PLS PLS Dont start flaming / spamming cus of that) and there is someone that gets all the time banned but still can connect again without be banned ( AntiBan)
I got the Script he use so... We need something that will register his Client to ban him.

No Xnaddr / XUID / GUID / SteamId , we need for example a new ID (serverside) so we can ban this ID and it should ban him.

Try to make whitelist code and custom code to ban players. I think it was released.

Please.. read rules of this site....Something like 'crack' is not allowed.
Go to official Tekno site and ask them.

Whitelists are useless since you can see who is in the server, visit his steamprofile, see his xuid and change your xuid to his xuid. Changing your xuid is even possible in the newest cod: black ops 2.

Unless you make an IP-whitelist.
