[Request] New sentryguns

It would be great if someone modifies sentry guns as below

1. Freeze Sentry Gun
The bullets will deal less damage and freeze enemy players.

It will act as a flamethrower.

You can put that in callback_playerdamage() for your first idea. You of course need to edit it, or you will be stuck for ever..

Well making the turret do those effects are very easy, creating random effects for it is a different story!
Somebody get back to me when u figure out a liquid nitrogen looking effect
