[Request] Running faster/slower

I was thinking about a plugin where you can change your run speed.
either you're going faster or slower. you can change the speed by typing a command like !runspeed x

I hope this gets into developement because I liked the fast speed thing in mw2 (and I'm sure alot of others also did).

Are you talking about your run speed or speed of everyone?

sry for slow answere but it would be good if an admin could choose if he wants to change everyones speed or just him self/his friend
