Plug-in, which would act only on the zombies.
The player who became a zombie gets the high jump and speed.

Ability to specify parameters in sv_config.ini

This would be possible if we could give inividual players speed and high jump which we can't right now.
It's everyone or no one until nukem adds support for this to his plugin (it's possible @zxz0o0o showed me)
