I'm having trouble with Saints Row: 3, and I'm wondering if anyone can help. I've got a decent gaming computer:

Video Card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130770
Power Supply: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817171039
Processor: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103961
Memory Cards (2): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820148346
Hard Drive: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136769
DVD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827106352
For some reason I'm dropping frames. I've tried setting my settings on low, but it doesn't change much. It still drops frames.
The recommended settings given by the game are on Ultra, but the dropped framerate is so bad I can't even play.
Has anyone else played and had this issue?
