Not sure about that, can check if you want.
DLC not included, with Lost Expedition it is 21$ and with Deluxe it is 29$.
The language is Russian and it is Russia-only. However I think it is possible just to activate the key here and then switch language to whatever you want and play it wherever you want, not SURE though Tongue

No, it isn't a russian key.
It is a retail EU key from a PC Webshop in Hungary.

Also the Insane Edition with extras is 42euro.
