Server Unranked

Hi all,

I've watched that in the Unranked List there are a servers with mods, how is this possible?

Can I host a server with a machine and how can we be in the public list server unranked?

Sorry for my english, I'm italian, Italian schools are shit!!!

Just go to Mainmenu > Play > Private Match > host mod

I dont know if you have to enable something in the private match settings..

Hey io sn italiano! Te lo spiego io quello che vuoi sapere, o quello che io ho capito che tu vuoi sapere. Se sei entrato almeno una volta in un server moddato ti dovrebbe aver scaricato la mod e ti dovrebbe essere comparso nella schermata iniziale(tra le scelte: Impostazioni,ecc) anche la opzione Mods in cui c' la mod giocata. Se la clicchi potrai creare una partita privata e giocare a quella mod con i tuoi amici e con anche persone che nn conosci! Questo capita perke la privacy del gruppo aperta! Perke le partite private create dai giocatori compaiono nella lista dei non-classificati. Inoltre tra i filtri c' anche la opzione MOD che compare dopo.

ciao si ho capito grazie, per quello ke volevo sapere se alla fine uno avendo una macchina su cui hostare, pu sfruttarla per aprire piu server unranked... come su cod4 x intenderci.. cmq su steam non ti trovo, aggiungimi tu nd_r_3w.. ora stacco, ti accetto domani, grazie...

First if u wanna host dedi server go to private match menu set your own "host name"
look if is not flagged pass or like in zombie its free for all lobby and not "only from friends list" and ofcoure no pass.
Start BO, in main screen click on "MOD" after is doing in upper right corner you can see mod name, now open console type in " \map mp_nuked ".

Second thing , NO YOU CANT PLAY MOD if you had only joined some modded server, they download only config_mp.cfg this means YOU STILL NEED mod in right place to host it.

To run dedi server AKA private match need owner like player, maybe spectactor mode can allow you to run it, for MW2 was possible but BO need host in game to allow players join match and if work spectate for host i dont know but i think yes.
Or simple find some mod with map rotation inside, some Admin menu

For some mod like "Protect the King" is better set config_mp.cfg and add botz to it to start play. Go to C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\call of duty black ops\players\mods\mp_PtK open config_mp and add this:

seta scr_bots_managed_all "2"
seta scr_bots_managed_spawn "2"

save and close. Other mod like "War" you can set what ever you want into private match editor or load from your file and start with it. This mod basicly is a gametype porting can be ideale for this.
