Simple Menu (Please Halp :3)

For my upcoming World War 2 mod, I need a simple mod menu that just lets you browse through five items, and each item will give you a specified weapon.
For my mod, I have all the WW2 Single Player weapons coded in. I just need a menu that you can pull up to select what weapon you want.
