Why not just to learn modding and make it yourself?
There are a lot of tutorials in Archive section ( or Black Ops tutorials ). You'll find tutorial how to make custom menus.

ok since this thread is kinda dead i wanna bring up a new topic. i really need help. i scripted a gsc file which contains a function matching the camos to the map being played. but i cant change the reticle color through the weaponOtpions-function because theres no argument for reticle color just the lens color. how do i solve this?
