Because I can not open the rcon console in "my" server??

I can only open the server console rcon in other people ....

try to edit config_mp
bind k toggleconsole (or +toggleconsole)

the problem was that the iw5mp_server.exe was another friend that I enjoy.
and somehow forbade me from entering the rcon
