So, go into your addon folder then open up sv_config.ini with a text editor of your choice.

Then go to Admin_xuids=
and after the equals put your XUID. To find that in game start your server and type !xuid . Then save and restart your server, and type in the game !add admin [name] or !rcon add admin [name] . Have fun playing on your new dedicated server
