well i have windows 7 64bit , work's fine for me , the one thing i can pick from your picture is the folder dir , you have not done it as i have , i have helped a few people on steam and it always work's if it is done Exactly as shown in the video "from nameing to what folder the files are in " if you like you could post your modded iwi and i can convert and make sure its working , but as i said if followed to the tea it should work

/tools , the zip you downloaded in that folder is the fixer and two folders /tools/real and /tools/modded

No it does not work! Everything is done as a video! All the same mistake! The folder path as the video!
